Brought my Cadillac into Mr. Fix It Auto Care for a coolant leak/overheat. I thought my car was toast. The guys at Mr Fix it were great. They did some investigation into my problem and found that all I needed was a water pump and a few other related parts. They also checked if the overheated condition damaged anything else on the engine. I got my car the next day and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend Mr. Fix It Auto Care.

Honest, expert repairs. Our 2004 Toyota Sienna was making a weird noise whenever the brakes were applied. Jim and crew quickly found and repaired the problem in the most cost efficient manner. Glad we found our local repair shop.

Ron, Gym and Doug are always so helpful, I have known Ron for 20 plus years and he is so nice, friendly and HONEST !! He has helped me and my customers many times. I high recommend them. I was having an issue with my car and called R & S. Ron thoroughly went over possible issues prior to me bringing in my vehicle. I brought it in and returned to work. Within an hour Ron called me back. Turns out it was a very minor unforeseen problem. So what could have been several hundreds of dollars turned out to be just a little bit for labor. Will definitely be going back for any future auto repair needs. Thanks Ron!

Had such a great experience with R&S and my 04 Honda Accord. Ron spent at least 20 minutes talking to me about my car issues when I called to make my appointment and was just as thorough and friendly in person for drop off and pick up. He understood my hesitation in spending money on maintenance issues and helped prioritize my repairs. Many of my co-workers recommended the shop and I highly agree.

Ron is amazing! I was having a humming sound and seemed it was my serpentine belt. Well, turns out I needed a new alternator 🙁 Ron took the time to explain in detail what was going on. He even offered that I come back in the shop and have a look. He allowed me to do the hearing test and he showed me exactly what he was talking about. I appreciate his honesty! I had two of my three little girls with me, and without even asking he did his best to get us in and out. The job was done in 3 hours!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Being new to the area, we did not have a preferred mechanic yet. When my trusty 10 year old Nissan that was still running good a couple of days before unexpectedly stopped running, I had to find a mechanic quickly. After reading great reviews about R & S I decided to have my vehicle towed to this shop.
While the issue was due to a bad factory installed part and caused catastrophic failure, the failure was repairable. Ron had me come in to see what the issues were and went over prices with me. He explained that the cost to repair was going to be very high and recommended that I visit dealerships and weighing our options over the weekend.
Ron and Gym were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful during the whole process. While it is never good to hear that your vehicle is not worth what it would cost to repair it, I had a very good experience.
We will be taking all of our vehicles here from now on!
